“Kairos” Law Firm was registered at the Ministry of Justice on May 24, 1995 (Registration Certificate No.113) in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Advocateship”.
The establishment of our Company was the result of a long-term partnership between Oleksandr Sviatotskyi, Lawyer, Doctor of Legal Sciences, Professor, Member of the National Academy of Legal Sciences of Ukraine, Honored Lawyer of Ukraine, and Tatiana Zakharchenko, Lawyer, Honored Lawyer of Ukraine, who has extensive experience in the field of economic and legal relations, the legal protection of the rights and legitimate interests of business entities, including their foreign economic activity.
The basic principle of the Partners was and continues to be “decency, professionalism, competence and confidentiality.” As a result of a successful combination of scientific approaches and practical skills, as well as strict compliance with the above-mentioned principles, the Company has earned a reputation as a reliable and trustworthy partner, won the respect and recognition of clients and colleagues.
“Kairos” Law Firm is a consistently growing company, which takes into account all changes that occur in the continuously changing legal environment of Ukraine, its economic life, as well as in the world economy as a whole.
